Along with they MAY NOT be used without my permission- this includes reuploading, especially if it is someone else's artwork unless there is -proper credit-

Trello is where I post the status of a current commission(s) I am working on. Do not hound me about the status of your Commission.

The only way I will accept your commission is if the reference is clear and neat enough to see detail and/or colors.

Artwork that is commissioned from me is for PERSONAL USE. COMMERCIAL USE (for profit) of the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited unless otherwise discussed and decided on with separate rights and terms. This means you cannot sell the artwork I make for you UNLESS it's been discussed prior to the Commission process. An example of this would be for merch if you are someone that has a follower base. I do not mind taking merch commissions! We just need to discuss in depth before hand.

My Prices are in USD. I use Paypal.

I will give refunds if I am incapable of completing your commission. Otherwise, as soon as you receive your commission, the payment is final.

Payment is taken either up front or after the first sketch. It depends on the Commission.

I will rarely take payment plans/half payments. Mostly just for security of being stiffed of money. Should I take them, should you refuse to pay the second half of the payment by the due date/upon the commission being finished, your commission will be void WITHOUT refund. I will keep the first half of the payment for the service of doing the commission in the first place

I also have a rush fee of 35$ if you need a commission immediately within a certain amount of time.

When it comes to changes to sketches, there will be a minimal (3) amount of times I will change sketches. You cannot request changes on linework.

My turn around time depends on the commission (Generally a couple of weeks). Que, Complexity, and Life can all become a factor in how long it takes for it to be completed. Please be aware of this before commissioning me and expecting it within a certain amount of time, unless a deadline has been communicated. I will also keep you informed should the commission be taking longer than anticipated due to factors outside my control.

Make sure to check my Trello if you are unsure on the status of your commission! I update it semi-regularly as I get a chance, so it will be up to date with current progress.

For anything OTA/OTB, I expect payment for within a month.. if you need an extension, we can discuss that, but you do not own the character/artwork/commission slot until I receive FULL payment.

When reselling a design, you may not sell it for more than what you paid me for- unless there is additional value from commissioned art pieces. I cannot control people doing this, but it is to try preventing abuse of my art being taken for a larger profit and show I don't approve of the practice.

I'm not 'picky' when it comes to people changing or tweaking designs, but it is preferred that you do not -entirely- change the design to be unrecognizable. I can't control people doing this, but it is my preference as the artist of designs made.

No refund will be available once sketch has been approved for render unless there is APPLICAL reason to need one.

I have the right to cancel the commission, and refund the appropriate amount given at any time.

All art will be met with the same styles as the examples shown, unless i am advertising something experimental.

Please be sure you are in the position to commission me. If you are not well off financially, and you need the money for basic necessities, then do not spend it on commissioning me.

First and Foremost- always feel free to ask me before you commission!

My artwork, by default, may be used only for Personal use. My Commercial use fee (50$) is for things regarding to Branding and/or Merch. Which include but are not limited to:

- Prints

- Stickers

- Merch

- Promo

- Vtuber Designs

- Logo Design

- Any and All Streaming Assets

- Sub Badges

- Vtuber Mascot Designs

This does NOT include:

- Simply using as a PFP

- Using as a banner

- non-monetized content, and thumbnails

- Showing on Stream

- Simply sharing the artwork- Reference Sheets

- Redesigns/modifications to designs

- Vtuber Models/rigging

- Icons

The intention of the commercial fee, is to allow you as the client, to do whatever you wish with the commissioned piece, in terms of selling it, without needing my permission. I will happily design merch/designs for people so they can have freedom with their designs/pieces.

The difference between the Vtuber design & the Vtuber models, is one is made for branding while the other is made for the future of rigging and using within Videos or Streams. You most likely already OWN the model w/ commercial rights from the original artist.

Disclaimer: This fee/terminology will not be universal. My Vtubing/Streaming assets will have a different TOS, Fees, and description of what is and is not Commercial use. What I can promise is I will be as fair and straight forward as I can manage to be! This TOS is for my Illustrations and Customs/Redesigns that are not related (or directly related) to content creation.

My fee for commercial use (for the time being) is 50$. This -may- change depending on the commission/what is desired, but for now, most of my options have this.

Closed Species (& Designing MYOs if allowed within their TOS).

Characters of really any theme (Space / Monsters / Angelic / Demonic / etc.)

Soft gore: pastel, candy, gem/geode/crystal, etc.

Soft, Romantic-esk scenes between characters.

some 'punk' styles (Cyberpunk, Steampunk) just ask.

Large amounts of blood/gore, heavy drug use, disturbing fetishes / kinks ( inflation / vore / scat / feet / etc ), racist, sexist or offensive content.

Big plug / gauge earrings that stretch the lobes, plump lips, very large / overweight body types ( like hyper overweight ).

Characters that do not belong to you without the consent from the character's owner or proof of consent. (Does not apply to Fan Art Commissions).

Characters from a description / moodboard / color palette / etc. unless ordering a custom design. If you want me to draw an existing character then I need a legible reference.
